It is true that in India culture and people change every hundred kilometers but Rajasthan has its own swagger when it comes to holding onto one heritage and lineage. This arid state with the Great Thar desert inside its belly and one of the oldest mountain ranges in the world-The Aravallis as its protector has a lot to offer to everyone who comes to its door with an open heart.

The culture and language of this state is no doubt very majestic and one of the best things about it but the sad part about Rajasthan is that it has clanged too hard to its past that has impede its ability to accept change. The state remains largely rural with some parts being as backward as the middle ages; the human development index of the state is not so good leaving much to be desired. The state has excellent potential, its rich past; its excellent architectural prowess, its simple minded and kind people make Rajasthan one of the most preferred destinations in the world.
